As tendas e afins, adorava montar no quintal da avó etc. Já na fase adulta, ainda pratiquei campismo de tenda, mas com a ideia de evoluir para caravana. Cerca de 3 anos depois, evoluí para autocaravana. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">Adoro viajar sem horários, sem rotas fixas, e usando a técnica do desenrasque. Sopa margarina </p><p>Sal, colorau, pimenta preta, noz moscada</p><p><br /></p><p>Preparação:</p><p>Temperar a carne aos cubos com sal, colorau, pimenta e vinho branco. Deixar ganhar gosto.</p><p>Com a ultrablade picar a cebola. Mudar para o acessório misturador e deitar azeite e a folha de louro. Programar P1 5 min.</p><p>Adicionar a carne, a marinada, a polpa de tomate, os cogumelos e um pouco de água, caso necessário.</p><p>Fechar a tampa e por cima colocar o tabuleiro de vapor. Como tal, fui apenas uma observadora, enquanto o D tratou de tudo.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Troquei de árvore, comprei uma com luzes led incluídas, do Lidl,mas foi uma desilusão. Pouco farfalhuda e as luzes são nada mais que uma fita de luzes normais que vêm enroladas na mesma. As lágrimas caem do rosto.</p><p>Temos uma linda história de amor. Tinha eu os meus 19 anos, e numa tarde de agosto num rio que frequentava, eis que surge ela, pequenina, e foi amor á primeira vista. Seguiu-me para todo o lado, inclusive nos mergulhos, voltou comigo para a toalha, partilhei o meu lanche com ela. Ao final do dia, não pude simplesmente deixá -la ficar naquele local, longe de tudo..</p><p>Toda a família se apaixonou pela sua doçura. Trocar para o acessório misturador e acrescentar o azeite, tomate, cerveja e temperos e programar P1 130 5min.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Rechear os lombinhos com queijo e fiambre e prender com um palito.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Numa forma de silicone ou de bolo, que caiba na panela de vapor, colocar os lombinhos recheados verter o molho sobre os mesmos.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Reservar e lavar a taça.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><u>Ingredientes para a sopa:</u></p><p style="text-align: justify;">batata qb</p><p style="text-align: justify;">3 cenouras</p><p style="text-align: justify;">1 cebola</p><p style="text-align: justify;">1/4 de repolho</p><p style="text-align: justify;">água a cobrir os legumes</p><p style="text-align: justify;">sal, fio de azeite.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Colocar na taça com a ultrablade.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><u>Ingredientes para o esparguete:</u></p><p style="text-align: justify;">esparguete q.b.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">500ml de água</p><p style="text-align: justify;">sal, fio de azeite</p><p style="text-align: justify;">1 folha de papel vegetal.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><u>Preparação:</u></p><p style="text-align: justify;">Forrar o tabuleiro pequeno da panela de vapor com papel vegetal. A mesma usava a capoeira, mas eu adaptei para o cesto de vapor da Cuisine companion.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Ingredientes:</p><p style="text-align: justify;">1kg de mexilhões frescos</p><p style="text-align: justify;">1 cebola grande</p><p style="text-align: justify;">3 dentes de alho</p><p style="text-align: justify;">100ml de azeite</p><p style="text-align: justify;">100 ml de vinho branco</p><p style="text-align: justify;">100ml de ketchup</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Sal, pimenta preta qb</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><br /></p><p style="text-align: justify;">Preparação:</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Lavar bem os mexilhões.
